Just a small note for myself and for the ones who haven't created their own business (mainly for the roles in tech)
When you get a job and start to think by yourself about you're doing a job just to make other people richer, you should stop thinking this way!
There's value in working for someone else
Why? The answer is simple, when you work for someone else, most of the time you can build things without (necessarily) taking the risk if that thing fails.
Also, you have the opportunity to learn a new industry and the process the company you work for runs
So, my advice if you find yourself thinking about just doing the minimum cuz your work is for letting your boss richer, especially if you're a developer, try to understand every piece of the company you work for - yeah, tech infrastructure, sales, marketing, business model, everything!
Take advantage of the opportunity to get paid to also learn about the process of how the company already works.
